Your Type Productions LLC provides production services including but not limited to pre-production planning, filming, post-production editing, and event coverage. Specific deliverables will be outlined in your project proposal or contract.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your Type Productions LLC reserves the right to pause active work or withhold deliverables if payments are not received according to the agreed schedule.
The client agrees to provide necessary approvals, access to filming locations when required, and creative assets needed to perform the services. Delays in providing these assets may impact project timelines.
Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to all creative content produced specifically for them. Your Type Productions LLC retains the rights to general methodologies, production workflows, and know-how used to deliver the services.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service contract. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
